MAIL does not work with eduroam

My Mac (Ventura 13.2.1; M2) when connected to eduroam wifi can use everything online (Safari, Chrome, and Telegram etc) but MAIL doesn't work as if I were offline.

Any clues why? How could I fix this? Thank you in advance

Can't get Mail on new MacBook Air I have a newer MacBook Air (2023) and running Sonoma 14.3. My Mail App will not open and quits unexpectedly. I have not tried to use it up until today but I need to access older mail files. Does anyone have advice how to open Mail on my laptop?

Mac Mail doesn't open,email accounts won't install Mac Mail takes minutes to open, it won't send or receive emails on both accounts. I have Ventura 13.6.1. The same thing happened before upgrading IOS. My IT Support could not solve the problem (upgrading done to solve, no joy). I had to install email accounts on my browser (Firefox) with limited ability to attach files. What can be done to resolve the issue?

Something else is wrong, because clearly the software is NOT up to date.

Were you on eduroam when testing for updates? Maybe there is a relation between the two issues.

Thank you Luis, no, I was connected with my phone as a personal hotspot. Now I can see there's a pending update. It's just appeared now surprisingly.

Thanks, I did this but then I turned offline although wifi was perfectly connected

now I have delete both DNS again and I’m on the start position: Mail not working, I’m online with other apps

That's very weird. Were you on eduroam when you did that? If so it looks like you might be being blocked from some websites or your DNS is buggered. Open Terminal and enter "networksetup getdnsservers Wi-Fi" without quotes then hit return. What do you get?
