Touch Bar MacBook Pro Malfunctioning

<CleanMyMac X> sadly one of the worst...I would start there. Reinstall the macOS after you uninstall it and compare your results.

First I would Uninstall all third party apps that are Cleaners/Optimizers/Anti-Virus/VPN
