Continuous Errors Adding to Apple Wallet

I’ve been adding rail tickets and other items to my ApplePayWallet for several years, but over the last few days I keep getting an error message saying ‘cannot add pass to passbook’ or just ‘403 Forbidden’ at the top of the screen. My devices is an iPhone 12 MaxPro and my browser default is MS Edge.

Anyone any ideas on how to fix?

Can't add pass to Apple Wallet I can't add passes to my wallet. This issue started as soon as I updated to iOS 16. I see people complaining about this issue all over the net without a single solution posted except links to the standard "how to add a pass to Apple Wallet" which is NO help whatsoever as it does not mention this issue at all, so if anyone has found a solution it would be much appreciated.

Thanks. It is also possible that trying to continually add the same items has been the issue…
