Small cloud and arrow (ICloud???) Almost all my files have the small cloud and arrow beside them and I can't open any of them. I get a preview but no download. I know it is affiliated with the CLOUD but I have an urgent need to download and can't. Several Google responses simply say to double click because the file is in the cloud and the double click will open it-it doesn't! Anothe directs me to System Preferences but that refers to APPS. Cannot download folder while using iCloud Drive in a browser. I cannot download folders while using iCloud Drive in a browser. When I select a folder the download button is greyed out. If I navigate inside a folder with files inside I can select one or more files and the download button will turn blue and allow me to download them. The problem is that I have many folders and folders within folders of organized files. It is going to be extremely impractical to navigate to each folder and batch select all the files within and download them to a PC. Is this a bug with the website or can I really not download folders?

Some downloads not appearing in finder The last week or so, many of my downloaded files are not showing up in finder. When I click on the "downloads" button at the screen, it does show the files that I downloaded, and when I click the arrow that says "more in finder", it takes me to finder, and I am not seeing all of the downloads. I want to organize the files that I just downloaded into folders on my desktop, but have no idea how to access them now. Please help!
