My MacBook Air crashed out of nowhere

Can anyone explain to me, why my macbook air is crashing out of nowhere??? I tried looking at other questions from the community, but i couldn't figure it out...

Here's the report system:

Most likely the laptop has a hardware failure with the memory since the Kernel Panic is show a single bit flip for one of the memory locations. There is a very small possibility you could have some software issue (third party most likely) which modified memory it was not supposed to do.

If you are using any anti-virus apps, cleaning/optimizer apps, or third party security software, then uninstall them by following the developer's instructions since these are the apps which would most likely cause such a problem. These types of apps are not needed on a Mac and usually causes more problems than they solve.

You can run EtreCheck and post the report here so we can examine it for clues...especially to see if any other Kernel Panics exist to compare them.

You can try running the Apple Diagnostics to see if any hardware issues are detected. Unfortunately the diagnostics don't detect most failures.

It appears you have a MBAir 2012 model. You can try using a bootable Memtest86 USB stick to check the memory. Memtest86 is a more thorough memory tester, but even this utility doesn't detect a lot of memory failures. I've had memory tests run for days before it detected a problem. Use the downloaded Memtest86 .img file as a source for Etcher (Mac/Windows/Linux) in order to create the bootable Memtest86 USB stick. Option Boot the Memtest86 USB and select the orange icon labeled "EFI". Once the memory test begins to scan the system, you can disconnect the USB stick if you wish. Unfortunately the current version only allows for looping the tests four times, but the older v7.5 could be configured to loop 255 times I believe.

Recently I have found that modifying the Memtest86 CPU options to "Sequential" or "Round Robin" tended to reveal memory (or hardware issues) ... many times much more quickly than the default settings. In fact the test never reported any errors, but instead just froze the computer being tested which is just as useful as an actual error message.
