Keyboard shortcuts: list of unused commands? And: which keyboard shortcuts avoid screen lag for split screen?

Hello all,

Long-time MacOS user here who has recently made a big OS leap from OS Catalina 10.15 to OS Ventura 13. I'm mostly enjoying the new design and the many OS features I've gained, but I'm surprised at how clunky ad inaccessible Split View has become (which I find extremely odd given that Apple made such a big hoo-haa about the introduction of Spit View in 2015).

Somewhere else, I read that Split View keyboard shortcuts now need to be instated manually (which, again, is odd considering how much of a fuss Apple made about this feature in 2015, and especially odd considering that it was a copy-cat feature from Windows that has been around since at least Windows 98!). *

Disregarding my annoyance about this, I'm now struggling to find a keyboard combination that:

a) isn't already being used by some other function (this person had the same problem) and

b) that doesn't cause considerate screen lag (which seems to be a common issue).

I had the same issue with my old workplace MacBook and found a workaround somewhere online, but I no longer have access to that machine, and no amount of googling is bringing me back to the helpful forum post/website I found back then.

My questions therefore are:

1) Is there a way to view all my current keyboard shortcuts in one streamlined list? Someone previously recommended opening the "key commands" window to do this, but I cannot find such a window. Searching for "key commands" in the Settings window isn't bringing anything up, and I also can't find anything inside the Keyboards Shortcuts settings windows.

2) Is there an overview of ALL potentially available keyboard shortcuts (i.e. shortcuts like "Tile Window..." that aren't assigned as standard, but can be assigned if the user wishes to do so)? As mentioned, this used to be a feature on earlier macOS versions, and is particularly important to have access to if current macOS keyboard shortcuts are going to be so bloody case sensitive.

2) Which keyboard shortcuts for Split Screen do NOT create significant screen lag?

3) Bonus question: what's the best way to send Apple feedback on these kinds of OS problems, i.e. where are they most likely to see and subsequently fix such issues?

Apologies for this rather long post, and please be patient with me if I've inadvertently broken some unwritten forum social etiquette rules – have been a Mac user for 11 years, but this is my first ever forum post!

*(what's even odder is that the UX for this is really bad – there no list of available shortcuts to select from, nor is there a list of available optional keyboard shortcuts on Apple's website. You're expected to magically figure out and know the name of the optional keyboard shortcut you want to introduce, and then you're also expected to know that the spelling of the keyboard shortcut name is case-sensitive?? If you type in the Spit View shortcut name ("Tile Window to Left of Screen") and capitalise "to" or "of", the shortcut will simply not work and to add insult to injury you won't even receive an error message, never mind an edit suggestion ("Did you mean...?).)
