Two days ago Apple TV on firestick worked fine. Yesterday I started getting message "Video not Available" check your internet connection. My internet connection is fine. I tried all the tips I read like reinstalling and resetting Fire. Everything else on the fire stick works fine, so something changed with the apple app and Fire stick. Apple people, please look into this and fix it. I pay good money to watch Apple TV and now I can't.

I cleared the cache in the app for Apple TV. Go to fire stick settings / applications / Apple TV and chose option to clear cache. If that doesn’t work may want to check the max storage and uninstall some app you don’t need.
I have had the same problem since 15.9.23 on an Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K (Fire OS 6.2.9.8 NS6298/4760).
I can no longer watch a film or series without the stream stopping after a few minutes. When I restarted the stream, the point of interruption was remembered.
I have a 50Mbit line and I can watch films from Amazon Prime in 4K without any problems.
I also set the Fire TV Stick to SD quality - that doesn't fix the error in the Apple TV app either.

Same issue on fire sticks on two of our TVs The other two TVs without fire sticks the Apple TV works fine. Did all the make sure latest updates on the fire sticks, Apple TV app. Deleted the Apple TV app on the two fire sticks and reinstalled, same problem exists still.
Same issue still. FireTV Cube. Updated, cleared cache, restarted, uninstalled, reinstalled, still getting the “Video Not Available” error after a few seconds of watching. Just like everyone else, the internet is not the issue. It’s the AppleTV app.

I tried updating uninstalling reinstalling and nothing worked. I switched to wired connection and it worked for a few weeks but now not working again. Repeating all the above steps. No dice.
This is f*ucked up. I love how no one from Apple helps either. I have basically the same issue. Apple TV rendered useless on my fire stick. Time to stop paying. We should all stop paying. Every last one of us.
