AirPods Pro 2 are being tracked and marked as lost by someone else, this is a safety concern.

I am getting a message that my AirPods Pro 2 are marked lost by someone else. I bought this from Apple in 2022. I think there is a safety risk and apple is not solving. I think this is a scammer or someone tracking my location. Find my is not providing good information about this and it says to contact the Police and I will need to provide the serial number. Most likely the police will disregard completely this minor incident and I have a hacker that knows where I go. I believe Apple needs to ensure safety of Find my and no one can enter to track trough a device your locations. Disappointing.
