I purchased my iPhone 14 max Friday and on my Hotmail account at the bottom tells me to sign in to my gmail.account!

help me fix this

You do not have to reveal your email address, however, can you tell us how exactly does that notification read that informs you to sign into your other email account? I am trying to figure out what exactly you are looking at. Thanks.
