Can you still share your location if you've been blocked by someone?

OK, I misinterpreted your question. You can authorize someone to follow you using Find My even if they block you. However, if you send your location by text they will not receive it if they have blocked you.

If they have blocked you, they aren't seeing anything. Stop sharing your location with them.

Yes, Find My is independent of blocking.

If they blocked you, they won't get any notifications about you.

Why are you still sharing your location with someone who has made it clear they don't want anything to do with you?

Open the Find My app, tap on Me. Share My Location lets you share your location. If you don’t want to share your location turn this off.

If you want to share turn it on, then tap People. Tap the + sign and add who you want to share your location with.

I once blocked my friend on my phone and it instantly stop sharing my lo with them but on my iPad they location was still on there so o blocked them on my iPad too and it said sharing locations on my iPad but when I unblocked on my iPad the location appeared again.

I know someone has me blocked, but Find My says they can still see my location.

Do you know for a fact that you have been blocked by this person? Or are you trying to figure out if they have blocked you? If the latter, there is no way for you to know that short of asking them. If, on the other hand, you already know they have blocked you, stop bothering them.
