Do the following, i this order:
This should restart the BonJour network that manages printer connectivity.
Note that is probably just one of these that needs to be done, but figuring out which one will take longer than just doing them all.
Both my iPhone and iPad have iOS 17 and they both still print.

To review, have you done ALL of these steps, in the order listed:

If this does NOT resolve the problem:
Open Settings
This will erase all Wi-Fi passwords, but will not result in any other data loss.
I had this exact same problem with my new IPhone 15 Pro Max and IOS 17.1.1. This is what fixed it.
If the Canon MF232W is connected to your WIFi and is functioning with a connection do the following to update to the latest Canon firmware:
It works now and you don’t need to add the Canon Print App that has been suggested by Apple Support. Both my desktop via USB connection and my laptop with WiFi still print to the MF232W laser printer so this was a quick and easy fix.
I had same problem with our various iPads and iPhones after the iOS17 upgrade. All previously worked fine with the Canon MB2150.
Attempting to print, the Print dialogue 'Printer' selection would so no printer available, you'd hit the right arrow and select the named printer, it would then go back to the Print dialogue and the wheel next to the selected name would spin for 10 seconds and the name would disappear and we'd be back to 'no printer selected/available'.
Rebooting the phones/printer didn't help. Neither did switching off the Norton 360 VPN. No Firmware update available from Canon for this printer. All wifi network settings on the printer were fine. Bonjour service on MacMini could see the printer.
The fix was to follow previous advice seen earlier in this discussion. That was to go to iOS Settings>General>Transfer or Reset iPhone>Reset>Reset Network Settings.
The OS reboots and you have to log in again to your Wifi but after that the AirPrinter selection stayed put and the documents started to print out.

For everyone where these instructions haven't worked, or they are impossible to follow (such as workplace):
I doubt that Apple will provide an update that corrects it, because if it was a system problem it would affect millions of users, and so far it seems to be 2 or 3, most of whom have resolved the problem using suggestions in this thread.

JD107 followed another suggestion , settings Wi-Fi, i , turn off “private Wi-Fi address”, and the printer works on my iPad now.

1. For everyone where these instructions haven't worked, or they are impossible to follow (such as workplace):
This is a confirmed bug in iOS/iPadOS 17, Apple have changed something that is breaking the ability to print, and Apple are working on a fix.
2. If it is possible to try again, please do, two or three times more.
3. Where it is not possible, or the above does not help, all we can do is wait for Apple to fix the bug.
4. Until then, use workarounds, i.e. use a computer, or at a workplace, find what other options they have for a workaround, for example, we have a web print service, some printers even provide their own webprint service, so check out what other capabilities the printer might have.
Apple are working on a fix, as the issue is fixed in the Developer Beta 17.2, Papercut has more information.
Through trial and error, I found out after the IOS upgrade to 17.1 that my personal VPN was preventing me from printing to my Brother MFC Airprint Printer. Once I disabled the VPN, the issue was resolved. I hope this helps those of you who have experienced this issue.
Update your printer’s firmware. This worked for me. Canon MF232w. I could do it on the device itself:
Menu > System Management > Update Firmware. Fixed :-D
My wife updated her iPad and she could no longer print. I did not update my iPad and I could print flawlessly as always.
I tried Lawrence’s fix 3 full times. In order. For the full duration. It did not work.
I updated my printer’s firmware. Fixed. Hope this helps. <3
Now that iOS/iPadOS 17.2 has been released, this printing issue should be fixed once the affected iPhone or iPad has been updated to 17.2+, but just-in-case if not, try the following (based on other replies here):
Switching the printer and iPhone (iOS 17.2) off and on again (iPhone first) has restored my AirPrint ability. Printer is an EPSON WF-3520, no new firmware update available since years (just tested again).
go into setting VPN. Set device VPN connect on demand off, turn VPN status off for device only, and you can now print, the printer actually populates on its own. I then manually turn device VPN back on until I have to print again. Personal VPN can remain on.
It seems like the "No AirPrint Printers Found" message is indicating that your iPhone is unable to find any AirPrint-compatible printer on the same Wi-Fi network. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot this issue:
Check Printer Connectivity: Make sure that your printer is turned on, connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your iPhone, and supports AirPrint functionality.
Restart Printer: Sometimes, restarting the printer can help resolve connectivity issues. Turn off the printer, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on.
Restart iPhone: Restart your iPhone by turning it off and then back on. This can help refresh its network connections.
Check Wi-Fi Connection: Make sure that both your iPhone and the printer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Sometimes, connecting them to different networks can cause this issue.
Update Printer Firmware: Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer that might resolve the compatibility issue with AirPrint.
Forget Wi-Fi Network: On your iPhone, go to Settings > Wi-Fi, tap on the Wi-Fi network, and select "Forget This Network." Then reconnect to the Wi-Fi network and try printing again.
Reset Network Settings: If the issue persists, you can reset the network settings on your iPhone by going to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Keep in mind that this will reset all network-related settings, including Wi-Fi passwords.
By following these steps, you should be able to troubleshoot the "No AirPrint Printers Found" message and successfully print from your iPhone to an AirPrint-compatible printer.
BREAKTHROUGH TODAY….decided to try something else and changed the wifi security settings of my TP-LINK router to WPA2 from the WPA3 default settings of my router, (reason I went for a new router a year ago was cause the newer WPA3).
And now my old CANON MG6320 is priming again over AirPrint!!
I followed another suggestion , settings Wi-Fi, i , turn off “private Wi-Fi address”, and the printer works on my iPad now.
