How can i Backup photos on iCloud
I purchased iCloud + 2TB and still i cant backup my photos … how can i backup my photos ? And also how can i delete pictures from my iPhone without deleting it from iCloud ?

Make sure you're showing the storage amount has updated for iCloud in Settings > [your name] > iCloud. If it's showing the correct amount there, continue with the steps in this resource to help with iCloud Photos:

With regards to deleting photos on your iPhone; if you have iCloud Photos enabled and delete a photo from the Photos app, this will also delete the photos in iCloud.
Alternatively, you can store photos in iCloud by using the Files app. Once you store a photo in the Files app you could then delete the photo from the Photos app to save storage on your iPhone. To share a photo to Files from Photos take the following steps:
- Open the photo in Photos
- Tap the Share button in the bottom-left corner
- Tap Save to Files
