Macbook Pro 13 inch M2 not powering on from docking station

I have a iTec docking station (TB3TRIPLEDOCKPD)

My previous macbook pro 15 inch (i7) would power on from the power button om my iTeci docking station.

Since 1 month i have the new Macbook Pro 13 inch with M2 and the powering on from the docking station doesnt work anymore. I have to op the lid and press the power button on the keyboard of the macbook and close it back again.

Any tips to get it working again?

I've already reset SMC and NVRAM.

The M1/M2 there is no SMC/NVRAM—the equivalent is Shut down, close the lid 30 secs+ , reboot as normal

and SafeBoot Use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support
