Has anyone discovered where Apple moved the iMessage mini-app for audio recording in iOS 17? It appears to have departed the scene.

Something caused many not to be able to see or access select iMessage many apps upon updating to iOS 17.0 on Monday. https://discussions.apple.com/thread/255142614
For those people, the problem seems to have been corrected with the 17.0.1 update..
I was aware of the +. The problem was that in the initial iOS 17.0 version many of the iMessage mini apps were left off. That was corrected in the 21 September 17.0.1 update. Now they’re all available.
Have you tried tapping the "+" button to the left of the reply box? That will bring up all the Message apps, including Audio.
You asked specifically about the Audio app which was there before yesterday's update. I know because I didn't update until this morning.
