Channel 4 not working on 2016 MacBook Pro

Channel 4 won't let me watch it via safari. A blank screen appears when I click on it and nothing happens when I refresh it or change users. Please can anyone recommend what I can do to make it work?

The precise nature of your concern is not clear from your post. Are you indicating that you are not able to view a particular webpage, an Apple TV channel subscription, or something else?


If this is for Safari not displaying a specific page as expected, try the steps in If Safari doesn't open a page or work as expected on your Mac. If other pages work correctly, there may be settings or additional steps necessary to view the content in question such as signing in or installing an appropriate plug-in, etc.


If this is related to an Apple TV channel not working Subscribe to Apple TV channels in the Apple TV app offers the following:


"If you have trouble accessing a subscription to an Apple TV channel in the Apple TV app, you might need to cancel your subscription on that channel's website or app, then subscribe to the channel again in the Apple TV app."
