iPhone lagging and slow after iOS 17 Update

Nothing has changed since the release of 17.1, my iPhone 13 is still lagging and buggy even on the latest version 17.5.1. This is absolutely not normal, because the device worked super smoothly on iOS 16.5-16.6. This all suggests that Apple is doing this intentionally so that we purchase new devices

You should always buy the phone that best meets your needs. Live is far to short to let a small piece of metal, glass and electronics to make you "livid". Sell it and move on to something that doesn't agitate you so much.

Don't you notice it's strange that a device with a high-performance CPU suddenly became very buggy after the update? It would be fine if it became like this after years of use, it's clear there, applications are growing, their hardware requirements are increasing, but here it's simple, I downloaded a small update that didn't change anything and that's it, my $700 phone started working like a $100 phone. Apple has top-level software! I'll switch to Android in the fall, I couldn't stand it.

I've watched other iPhones with iOS 17 installed, they all slow down and lag, just like mine, and the only crutch solution to all this is to turn off auto brightness in the settings and then reboot. I spoke with Apple support, they confirmed that this is a global problem and that I am not the only one who is facing it and they do not know exactly when it will be solved. Just the highest level of software from a large world company.

I also went to the service center, where the specialists did not identify any problems with the hardware and said that the reason for the poor performance was a problem in the software. I am still very much amazed that Apple has not been able to do anything about it for almost a year.

My Iphone 13pro max auto updated to a new IOS 17 version I know not about and after that my screen stopped operating. I don't know what to do now

my distrust issues are coming back is apple slowing down phones again because the new once aren’t selling enough? I hope not😬(i am on iPhone 14pro max btw)

If this auto update no questions is normal thing, and slowing down my phone like they just did, im never buying an apple product in my life

I updated the latest iOS on my iPhone 12 and the problem stays the same. I have to switch to Gboard by Google. I was so frustrated so much

Same with my 11 Max Pro. Phone auto updated one night (certain this was turned off) and it’s been so laggy ever since.

Dont worry it is all good: it is called programmed obsolescence. see youtube videos about it.

My 12 pro hasn't worked well since the 17 update lagging, won't scroll, and the things keep freezing.

Apps won't close until I shut phone down.

I swapped my Pixel Pro for the 15 pro... I'm still in regret.
