I receive third party emails but after I read the email it is lost. It does not go to old mail or trash.... Why does it do that and can it be fixed...?

AOL App Password:
Sometimes, mail server syncing becomes and issue (particularly after installing an update), which is what an app password is intended to fix: So, try an AOL app password. Go Here: Create and Manage Third-Party App Passwords - AOL Help

Use a New App Password:
Do you use an App Password? If so, try a new App Password. Sometimes, changes (i.e. updates) are made to the device, and then mail server syncing becomes an issue (which is what a new App Password it intended to fix). For example, you'd go here for gmail: Sign in with App Passwords - Google Account Help - Google
