Since upgrading to WatchOS 10, the weather complications do not work.
I have tried several different weather apps but none work.

Quick update (of my situation):
Summary - this may be to do with 12 vs. 24 hour clock settings.
Detail: All my Apple devices are set to Australia for the region, which defaults to 12hr clock. I change all devices to display/use 24hr clock. Watch was the same, and assumed it was set that way. Noticed just now that Weather widget in dock (scroll crown up function) was showing 12hr clock. Can't change this on the watch, but in the Watch app on the iPhone I went into 'Clock' settings and noticed 24hr clock was toggled off (no idea why). Turned 24hr back on and all the weather complications updated immediately and the widgets showed 24hr clock again. So that seems to have fixed it for me.
I did that reset today, and it did not solve the problem. Nor did restarting the Watch, turning off Wi-fi on my phone, changing my watch face, or switching the watch to 24-hour time briefly as suggested elsewhere.
Mine has stopped as well. Based on the apple forums, this has been happening for a year or longer. they give zero *****.
We've been a Mac shop/house for a while. I've realized over the last few years that Apple no longer cares if it's product "just works". My family is on-board w/replacing our stuff. Simple things like Safari Favorite suggestions that haven't worked in a decade. No, I visited that site 1 time 2 years ago, it is not a Favorite, nor have you seen me in Alaska since I went that one time 2 years ago and looked up that restaurant.
So we have a pricey, Dick Tracy watch that is claimed to access vast global communication networks and put the world at our fingertips, but in actuality it can't reach reach across the room or display a local weather forecast. These bugs are just embarrassing.
This bug has driving me crazy - and this fix works!!!

Mind doesn’t work either no matter what I reset or check.
I have same issues but for me suggestion of clock setting is not working because it is already on 24hrs
Checking back in... this did not work (removing weather app from iPhone and re-installing) :-(
Our only hope is for Apple to issue a proper patch.
Same issue for me. Apple Watch Series 5, iPhone 15 Pro. Current OS running on each. Also having trouble with swiping down to review notifications on the watch since the OS update.
Neither is the stickers working on the iPhone after updating to my new phone, I can’t create stickers when I try it just disappears
I have the same issue on my new Apple Watch Ultra 2. I tried changing the clock from 12 hour to 24 hour but it didn't work for me.

It worked for me as well. The issue is related to the weather app and location services.
The 24h change they suggested here didn’t work.
I don't have "while using the app and widget" on my iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 17.0.1.
Must only be released for AWU 2. I’m on AWU 1 and I don’t see 10.0.2 :-(
