Since upgrading to WatchOS 10, the weather complications do not work.
I have tried several different weather apps but none work.

Can confirm the new "bug" (watchOS 10.3) with weather not working has to do with Wi-Fi on the phone/watch.
Turning off Wi-Fi on the phone and forcing phone/watch to use cellular allows the weather complication to load properly. Noticed the issue was only happening at home and not when out running errands or at work where I'd be on cellular.
This is a new/distinct bug compared to the older issue that was occuring in the Fall. Really frustrating Apple can't get this right considering how important this feature is.
My problem with empty weather was fixed by switching to 24h clock.
but then I got 10.0.2 update and now weather shows me the weather in California instead of nyc
This worked for me too.
Still working after almost 12 hours.
The "Reset Location & Privacy" that Apple suggests works so far - almost 15 hours later at least.

The fix isn't sticking. Reverts to dead widget in under an hour.

I did something similar. Changed the default location through the Apple Watch itself to the town that I live in. Now everything displays. For now...
Same here! It'd not fixed but every reset has been lasting as long as a day. It sucks that we have to reset/reconnect daily, though.
Try the method I’ve posted here. It’s been over a week and mine still works fine without any issue.
Same issue here. Also shows no events today but when I swipe up the events appear.

Solution: Update to iOS 17.0.3 and everything would be fixed

I’ve always used 12hr, but turning 24hr time in the clock app on and off fixed it for me. Thanks for posting this.
