Since upgrading to WatchOS 10, the weather complications do not work.
I have tried several different weather apps but none work.

Can confirm the new "bug" (watchOS 10.3) with weather not working has to do with Wi-Fi on the phone/watch.
Turning off Wi-Fi on the phone and forcing phone/watch to use cellular allows the weather complication to load properly. Noticed the issue was only happening at home and not when out running errands or at work where I'd be on cellular.
This is a new/distinct bug compared to the older issue that was occuring in the Fall. Really frustrating Apple can't get this right considering how important this feature is.
I tried this and it worked—but ten minutes later two of the three weather widgets on my watch face were back to not displaying data.
Finally a quick fix :) this bug was driving me crazy! Thanks!
Update: resetting the Privacy and location sorted out the issue of the wrong temp. Seems everything is working as it should now.

Still having the same issues. Tried switching the complications, tried restarting the watch, etc. Seems like just have to wait for a bug release fix.

Is this bug also present in Lte variants of apple watch. I have watch 9 BT and same issue as mentioned.
Yes i have done that.. now tried to reset watch and setup as new. So far working at moment but it vanishes now and then.
