Since upgrading to WatchOS 10, the weather complications do not work.
I have tried several different weather apps but none work.

Apple Watch Series 7
Quick update (of my situation):
Summary - this may be to do with 12 vs. 24 hour clock settings.
Detail: All my Apple devices are set to Australia for the region, which defaults to 12hr clock. I change all devices to display/use 24hr clock. Watch was the same, and assumed it was set that way. Noticed just now that Weather widget in dock (scroll crown up function) was showing 12hr clock. Can't change this on the watch, but in the Watch app on the iPhone I went into 'Clock' settings and noticed 24hr clock was toggled off (no idea why). Turned 24hr back on and all the weather complications updated immediately and the widgets showed 24hr clock again. So that seems to have fixed it for me.
That's unfortunate. It worked for me so I was hoping a full Privacy/Location reset would work for you, too.
iOS 17.1 RC2 just released so it should be available in a day or two. Perhaps that will address this issue for you.

The link isn't working because the bug the article was about has been fixed. If you are having issues, either it's because you haven't updated your watch or you have a completely different problem.
Still happening as of 4/22/24, worked fine during prior day, but weather complication not working this morning, disappeared from watch face, and not available in complications list in iPhone app. As suggested with wifi off its all back as before for 5 minutes, then disappears again and will not work with wifi on or off. Apple changed something overnight, fix or undo the changes.
Same here - apple watch ultra 1 running watchOS 10.4.
Bug is still there. Wifi trick only works partially - the full screen weather app displays data, but the complications still don’t.
@apple: this is one of your most prominent watch faces and this obvious bug is not fixed since how long?
My Apple Watch 7, 10.4 w/iPhone 14 Pro, 17.4.1; exhibits the same behavior except sunrise/sunset times remain blank unless you select it. It returns to blank when you return to the Home Screen. This was working fine until a few days ago. I don’t recall any updates that recently?
I am not sure you can be absolute on the confirmation that it's wifi/cell related. I have had numerous occasions when the weather complication will disappear/reappear with no action on my part while continuously inside my wifi, without any action on my part. Also, I have had it working fine in wifi and then lose it moving outside to cell. So to me it's not showing as associated with the mode of phone connection. I replaced the Apple Weather complication with the Weather.com one, that worked fine continuously although its pretty useless, and I reverted to the unreliable Apple complication as when its there its much better. It doesn't seem an operating system issue, I have WatchOS 8 and current iOS, so fingers seem to point solidly to some issue in the actual complication, as I assume the phone watch connection is a non-app specific interface and others work fine. whoever in Apple manages the weather complication needs to look at this, there are a lot of customers of the watch experiencing this.
I have had this problem off and on through v10, some updates seemed to fix it and then it would come back. Things were working great on 10.4 (series 7) for a long time, then recently I updated to 10.5 and the weather complications stopped working again. (I have restarted the watch a couple of times, turned phone wifi off, re-engaged the face, etc, all with no results).
How long has it been since you updated to WatchOS 10?
Still having the same issues. Tried switching the complications, tried restarting the watch, etc. Seems like just have to wait for a bug release fix.
Yes i have done that.. now tried to reset watch and setup as new. So far working at moment but it vanishes now and then.
My hack was to cancel the apple weather program and use a third party app. I'd share the name but figure Apple will try to block it somehow. 9 pages of people dealing with this - shameful...
This weather bug has been around for awhile...and appears to be getting worse. Glad I came across this. Definitely related to the Wifi!
Also having this annoying issue. Resetting location and privacy doesn't help. Restarting the Apple Watch does help but only for a while. Forcing the Watch to use mobile network doesn't help at all.
Well, switching watch faces worked for awhile, but now we are back to square one. Booooo.
Yes, that's what I did and it worked for me. I just didn't want to post here that it fixed it without waiting for a day to make sure that worked long term. So far, it has been working without any issues. (Though the resetting of location services is a bit irritating, although less so than not having the weather widgets working.)
