Best way to transfer Apple Music Library to Spotify account?

Since Apple forces you to cancel your Apple Music Subscription in order to change Account Country/Region, then deletes your Apple Music Library and doesn't allow access back to it even after resubscribing (even though though it is specifically required by Apple in order for you to chance your account country/region). Since I'd have to start from scratch anyways, may as well shift to Spotify and never have to risk losing 7 years worth of music and playlists again.

From anyone with experience with this: what is the best way to shift my entire Apple Music Library over to Spotify?

Have you tried Songshift. I used it to move from Spotify to Apple (try for free for six months offer after headphone purchase). You tell it from and to and it converts from one to the other. https://apps.apple.com/us/app/songshift/id1097974566

Note, it is not pirated music. There is some music in some countries that apple does not allow you to move to other countries. So please do not assume it is pirated. I have collected 20 years of music back home in Kenya using Apple. When I came to the US, I had to literally destroy my previous account to be able to access and pay in USD. I had to rebuild my library from scratch. So please do not assume things. If you don't know, then ask, to accuse.

Never said you had pirated music.

I said, the act of transferring it from the Apple Music subscription service to a different service would be piracy, because you don't actually own the music from the Apple Music subscription service.

I am not accusing anyone of anything. Please read and understand what is written before making accusations of your own.

I'm in the same boat and also looking. Apple Music is great and all, but there's an annoying bug that affects me up to several times a week, that's existed for 3 years now, updates and all, across the two separate devices I've had in that time. I've reported it to Apple multiple times, yet it's falling on deaf ears, shy of maybe straight up tweeting them about it. I'll select for a song to play next, you'll see the "Playing Next" graphic at the bottom, but then when you look at the queue, it's either not there at all, or is waaaaay down on the list, when I said play next, not later. Trying to tell it to play next again yields no effect as well, until I manually select a random song, or closing and relaunching the app, which fixes it until it eventually happens again. With no fix in sight, I'm looking to switch soon. I'll follow this, hope a good solution comes along.

That is inccorect. Apple music allows you to have your own personal library which you own together with the subscription songs. Those are two different things separate within the app.

Also, if you do have a subscription-based playlist in apple and you move it over to Spotify, how is that piracy? Your answer makes no sense because Spofity is 100% subscription based.
