If you bought the phone from Apple directly without a carrier, it will be unlocked.

Whether you can actually use it in the Middle East depends on whether your carrier in the Middle East supports eSim. No iPhone sold in the US has a physical SIM card slot. If your carrier doesn't support eSIM, the phone won't work there.

And any iPhone bought in the US will have NO warranty outside the US. If you need warranty support during the one year warranty, you'll have to hop on a plane and bring it back to the US for service.

I understand. But if your carrier doesn't support it, it will be a huge waste of money to buy it in the US. And if you need warranty support, how much will it cost you to buy a plane ticket and come to the US for service? Probably appreciably more than the difference in cost in your country and then some.

It is always best to buy the iPhone in the country or region where it is to be used!
