How do you lock an iPad mouse pointer in one position when playing web games

When I play web games on iPad with a mouse, the cursor doesn’t lock when it’s supposed to. For example if you are playing a shooter game the mouse will be locked into one position and moving the mouse would move the camera. How can I do this in an iPad?

Unfortunately,

Apple has no feature for web gaming.

I would like to suggest pointer-lock feature for the next update of safari on iPad.

Greetings SapphireHam,

The available pointer settings for the mouse when using iPad are outlined the following article:

Make the pointer easier to see when using a mouse or trackpad with iPad - Apple Support

Go to Settings  > Accessibility > Pointer Control, then adjust any of the following:
* Increase Contrast
* Automatically Hide Pointer
* Color
* Pointer size
* Pointer Animations
* Trackpad Inertia (available when connected to a supported multi-touch trackpad)
* Scrolling Speed

Since locking the pointer isn't an available option, you're welcome to submit feedback to Apple with your thoughts and suggestions on features you'd like to see. You can use the following link to leave feedback:

Kind regards.
