After the last Apple Watch OS update, Control Center disappeared from my SE watch. I did a soft reset and then a hard reset, and neither worked. I even tried wiping my watch and reinstalling everything, but still no Control Center. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks!

to bring control panel, you need to press side button (the one below round bottom). Control panel doesn’t swipe up anymore like it used to, I guess it was changed with the new update. I did everything too, only took me 2hr to figure it out…
Oh, the Apple Watch update is awful. And the new iOS on my phone keeps draining the battery. There's all sorts of tips for turning off all the useful things that you get an iPhone for in order to not drain the battery, but that kind of defeats the purpose.

You're not without the Control Center. You access it by tapping the side button, the flat oval button next to the Digital Crown. See any of the number of posts in this thread from BobHarris that include pictures.
Apparently you haven't read all of the posts. Many of them say pressing the side button does not bring up the control center. And many add that it brings up the app switcher, which is also my case.

Many people haven't 1)figured out which button is the side button (as many people never used it before and it's not obvious) or 2)haven't figured out how things work. The side button does not bring up the App Switcher on watchOS 10.
Perhaps you need to read BobHarris's comprehensive post on how to get things to work.
This update is the dumbest thing I have ever seen. Why does Apple keep taking something that used to take one step to something that takes 3-5 extra steps. They seem like they’re trying to make everything harder.
I have a series 3. Old school, but it still works fine except I cannot find the control panel anywhere! When I click the side button, I only see the option to close open apps. What do I need to do to get it to work again??

I'm having the same issue, no control center. Tried re-set and nothing. Very frustrating.
you can’t get your control center by just swiping up anymore. It’s literally disappeared altogether with the newest 17 update. Its driving me crazy!!
That shows the list of apps installed not the control center.

Glad i came across this post. I was loving the update but thought it eliminated my control center. I was about to lose my mind over it. Thanks for this post and to those who gave resolutions. 👍🏽
The lower button on the side which will call emergency services etc, instead of pressing and holding just tap it once and the control centre appears as normal 🙂
