I have logged into icloud multiple times, restarted my mac, turned contacts off and on in my icloud, checked my accounts and preferences and settings all in imessage and my contacts and still the contact names do not show up for me in my imessage. It only shows their phone numbers. Anyone else have any other suggestions at this point?

Your contact-names will only be shown on your Mac when your contacts are available in the local Contacts database on your Mac.
• You can replicate important contact information one at a time into the contacts database on your Mac. -OR-
• You can synchronize your Mac contacts to use iCloud Account contacts (and/or other email-like services contacts) which will essentially unify contacts across all your devices.
Contacts > preferences > accounts
Change Accounts settings in Contacts on Mac - Apple Support
at a Big Company, you could also log in to an Open Directory or Active Directory server to get contact info.
