Problem with Apple TV+

I have an old subscription plan for Apple TV+ with a Gmail acc, but today I cannot log in with it. I didn't change the password and it is the same. I want to cancel my subscription plan because I have another one on my Apple ID.

I tried to recover the password but it wants me to login with Apple ID, but the Gmail one do not have Apple ID info on it.

What can I do to cancel the gmail acc.

one can not sign up for appletv+ without an appleID, but an appleID can be a gmail account email, I know mine is

the gmail address should go where it says appleID on this page
