Apple ID and AppleTV+ Subscription Premium

So I signed up for a free trial of AppleTv+ using my Gmail account which is the one I use most these days. I went to open the AppleTv app on my TV and it had signed me out. So I try to sign in and it won't recognize my email.

I try to recover my account and somehow ended up linking my AppleTV subscription account to a very old iTunes store account with a different email address.

Now I can't log in to the AppleTV account using the Gmail account I signed up for and therefore can't cancel the subscription nor canI watch the app.

Help!

That shouldn’t be possible. A subscription stays with the Apple ID that it was started on. Separate Apple IDs stay separate forever.

Please contact the Apple Support staff to help sort this out. They should be able to see what services are linked to any account. Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support
