Hello we had phones for our business but our employee put her own Apple account in it now when we fired her she refused to give password for it so we can’t do anything with her phone now

I have one office phone it’s written that it connected with that phone in setting that’s all I got

She is right not to give you her personal password. She needs to login at iCloud.com/find and remove the device from her account. See Remove Activation Lock on the web if a device is offline at How to remove Activation Lock - Apple Support



If she refuses to do that you’ll need to follow the Start a support request steps also at How to remove Activation Lock - Apple Support
