It is a green ring that is a bit smaller than a dime. Shows up on the lower half of my iphone in the center. I don’t know what it is or why it is show up and then disappears. I tried taking a screen shot but it goes away.
i Can swip my Home Screen and it does not move or open an app and will be there still then disappear. Please help

The only thing I can think of is you have enabled Assistive Touch on your iPhone. See if this is what you're seeing and how to enable and turn it off --> Use AssistiveTouch on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

I do have AssistiveTouch turned on but that is a separate gray circle that opens that quick press menu. That one I can move around. This green ring I can’t move. Stays on the screen for all of 5-7 seconds then disappears.
