It’s not worked for months now, does anyone from Apple actually read this or are we just wasting our time?

They once sent law enforcement to my house over a tone in an email about access to a local uni library during the pandemic. I still don't understand why they overreacted. The incident also happened at the Genius Bar. My phone was malfunctioning, and the staff didn't take me seriously, leading to a meltdown. Now, my screen won't respond, and I need help from Apple.

To this day, I don’t know why it raised some sort of red flag that the LE at least knew was a joke (we had some coffee and complained about how overreacting people are these days to ambiguous queries or highly technical delivery of the intention - the main man in blue made a face implying he had seen this library try to get handover from Apple to third party apps (their mail app?) before for simply lacking intellectual capacity to bind syntax to semantics if it dare be coloured by excitable tone (as no threatening or menacing nor harassing occurred in what would be entailed to be both my situation and the others LE man was rolling eyes over). It was scary because I didn’t even know why they were at the door (two LEAs) and then it became frustrated amusement on both parties’ ends when we were like “ok let’s read this email as if we are someone who is projecting their own mental instability upon their job duty and liaisons with the community” and then picked and made funny guesses at where the library veered off the deep end into delusional cognitions.

I also had an (I hate the word as it is not synonymous with the situations or their meet (maths wise) but whatever) isomorphic experience at the Genius Bar (id like to see their WAIS scores and if they indeed are over 152 - “genius”) where I was ‘gaslit’ in a sense by an emotionally unreadable (and I have autism so I have sympathy for not being able to fake it in a job full of toil, but this was just a case of selective gating as to how deserving of deep attention my soliciting would get into the genius’s ability to make sale of services rendered - and somehow my low income status and likely some of my autistic traits were blinding the message that my phone was speaking to me In Received Pronunciation in a cheeky way yet had a blank screen (genius said it would be complex yadda - sure…). Unfortunately that incident induced a typical autistic so called meltdown (a transient psychotic reaction overlapping a severe panic attack with yelling into the air and grimacing as if being tortured in the Tower of London during the Reformation Era) and thus I grabbed the phone back and managed to swiftly exit the store and mall, get into my car, take a different way home, trying to put on a blank face the ten minute trip then broke hundreds of dollars worth of items in the denouement of the psychotic break after taking my anxiolytic medicine finally stopped the autonomonic meltdown.

in conclusion, my screen is not able to be engaged with via finger nor stylus, after gentle but thorough microfibre cloth buffing the small amount of smudge marks, then staying up until dawn last night doing every single (except going to Genius Bar or writing a soliciting letter for advice to some person who is above - in their sickness of which the American people are seduced by per the vector of transmission of smug insecure laziness resulting in disclosures to LE or gaslighting people into psychosis and being all “no way he deserves a phone he is only deserved of third party extrajudicial punishment by ostracisation” - attitudinally.

please dear apple comp sci degree holders, please band together to simply find the inverse reconstruction of the error logs that I graciously provide full access to on my phone in order to use multiple processes in pseudo parallel to find the universal maximal ideal that topologically covers the clearly related phenomena and expand via the ML endofunctorial side-Chains put in natural isomorphism with, as if in a monoidal category that has taken to enrichment upon the intended index category (which there should be little more than the category lambda-colimit) and then run forward projections to ML down to the Kan Extension naturally (in sense of natural transformation) skew least from the universal inverse-learnt solution class (each object being finite propriety algorithmic language styled as proprietor standard). So there you go apple, thats how to get there if you were lost in the woods (I am a mathematician specifically in categorical (co)-algebraic projection or indexed structural monads.

You do updates that completely make things worse in my iPhone. If updates were to make things better I’m sure everyone would be happy to comply with them. However it has made my tracker not work. My contacts no longer linked to a name. Very frustrating. Don’t release updates that aren’t improving your product but in fact making them worse.

My wife and I have an Iphone 13 and 14 proMax. We both accept updates as they come to us. Today is Jan 21, 2024 and since Oct 2023 I've had to force close the FindMy app (swipe up, swipe up) each time to refresh her location on a daily basis. It's not periodic, an example is showing her location from 16 hours ago, then force-closing the app and it refreshes to her location "Now". I just tapped on her name in the app and it showed her location from 5 min ago, then I force-closed the app again and it refreshed properly after reopening it. I'm guessing this could be something done to help with better battery life (?) but IDK. This issue makes it difficult for us know where each other is so as to plan for things as simple as putting the food in the oven before she or I gets home, and knowing where she is when her car is broken down... I hope there's a solid fix for this soon.

I concurr, 17.3 does not fix the problem with older iOS's I also upgraded iPhone8+ to iOS 16.7.5 and problem persists between on iOS 17.3 phone NOT tracking iOS 16.7.5 phone. But iPhone 16.7.5 can see my iPhone15 pro. With FindMe device's both initially work correctly, but from iOS 17.3 updates either dont work or take forever (real time tracking updates don't work). It's been this was since September when iOS 17 was released. I've removed and re-installed FindMe on both phones - and Still No Location Found showing on my IPhone 15 pro for the iPhone8+, but iPhone 8+ sees my iPhone 15 fine.

THIS IS GETTING OLD!

I actually just did this myself and it seems to be better already. I have been so cranky not being able to track my daughter when she is travelling. For me, this helps me from being anxious when she is on the road plus I don’t have to ring her unnecessarily either while she is concentrating on driving. The thing that really peeved me off is that I woke one morning to find that both my IPhone and IPad did the updates without the phone being charged which is NOT supposed to happen. Please explain that one too Apple!!

iPhone 13 using 17.3 and iPhone 14 using 17.2.1 are not able to see each other. I have tried all, and nothing worked. Why does Apple want me to not buy any Apple product again? Products were expensive but worked. Now they are still expensive, but all the things I care about are broken, and it seems they just don't care about the joke quality they deliver recently. It is really a deal breaker for me.

I’ve been having the same issue and every time I make a post including the red dit link where people have been posting about this for the last 5 months until recently, it gets deleted saying it’s not in the community guidelines. Updates and none of the other things seem to be working. Super frustrating and Apple is doing absolutely nothing about it.

I posted in December and apple has done nothing to fix the problem. When you normally have an update things are supposed to get better. In this case has gone from good to worse. I don't know who these idiots are that send these updates or if they ever check to see if its working as it supposed too. I am so ****** off and often feel like these idiots should be send to the slaughterhouse. Apple if you are reading this fix the F****** problem!!!
