iPhone 15 - Freezing and Glitching Issue

I use my iPhone 15 Pro Max to shoot professionally and the screen freezes unexpectedly and regularly in the middle of recording, which is extremely problematic. I have a lot of free space in the iPhone and I don't even shoot in 4K, I just shoot in 1080p. Will this problem be addressed quickly?

All right, more updates from these pictures you can see what’s going on earlier today. I was looking at The Weather Channel on my phone and they’re black dots in there. I get those all the time on my phone sometimes they’re white depending on the background but I’m looking at….. also again just tonight 7 o’clock. I went to check The Weather Channel and now none of those widgets are on there except for apples’s which you can see in the picture. This hasn’t happened to me before but ever since getting the iPhone 15 Pro Max I’ve had nothing but issues and I’ll keep posting here until Apple does something, also it could also be the update I am updated to 17.1.1 and I check every day for an update and so far no new ones really hope they address these issues and get this fixed….

Mine has been doing this it restarts on own freezes when using apps takes awhile to restart when screen freezes. Restarts in the middle of calls. Dropped a call while on phone with doctor. It’s been so frustrating.

I’ve had my iPhone 15 promax since November 6, my previous issues that I have put on this thread are still happening. I’m going to upload a video that you can watch it shows screen distortion or screen pixelization I’m having that issue as well as game apps freezing my Gmail app froze, have issues with my keyboard, basically everything that everyone is experiencing I am experiencing as well just thought I’d update.

Another Update:::: I just took this screen recording of my phone and I was checking the weather channel as you can see in the video all the distortion going on and what I’m dealing with with this iPhone… I also had an online doctors appointment and the appointment was only halfway completed when I got disconnected from the appointment, thats the first time that has ever happened!!

Anyone experiencing sudden freeze and crash of the iPhone yesterday. Me from Singapore.

All my colleagues and friends iPhone crashed at same timing out of a sudden for no reason, even those that live far away

And to my surprise no news articles has reported the crashes which make me wonder why

Ohh my god I can so relate to you. I bought my iphone few weeks ago and I am experiencing the same issues and apple is not doing anything about it. My apps keeps crashing and my phone automatically switch off. It got frozen to touch, while taking the pictures and unresponsive. I am really frustrated with this phone, its giving me hard time.

I bought the phone from vodafone store and they are saying they are unauthorized to exchange the phone. When I call apple they say go to apple store and when I go to apple store they are saying go to vodafone store. This is the worst experience I have experienced so far. I have been using apple from 3,4 years but this time apple did very bad. I am not happy with the product. Its really affecting my work as a content creator. I got no options rather than complaining on fair trade. If anybody facing the same issues and you bought the iphone from vodafone store please help me guys what to do.

I have the exact same issue. Bought a new IPhone 15 pro on Dec 5. It freezes often and sometimes also says network problems.

also, I get a lot of typos compared to my Pixel phone with Gboard keyboard. iPhone does not fix typos as well and does not show some clear misspellings. Please tell me how to fix that.

My iPhone 15 pro max is freezing when I’m using Instagram and also it gets switched off suddenly even though my battery is full . Why does this happen every time ? Even after editing photos in iPhone it’s not getting saved and it automatically reverts itself to the original photos ,Then to get it done I have to switch off my phone and then again restart for everything, for Instagram and editing the photos

had with IPhone 15 Pro Max that I brought Dec. 21/23 & STILL HAVING WITH THE NEW ONE THAT WAS “SWAPPED OUT” just

the day before yesterday, 2/21/24! I was having problems with the Voice Memo cutting off unexpectedly ALL of the time,

AND OTHER DEFECTS. Now with this Brand New One, the INCOMING CALLS DO NOT RING ALL OF THE TIME & AFTER 2 Apple Techs FAILED TO REPAIR THIS DEFECT, I have to go back to the store YET AGAIN!!! Furthermore, the ALARM CLOCK’s volume is ALSO DEFECTED! Since this phone is ONLY 2 days old, I don ‘t know if there are any more DEFECTS YET!

Incoming call issues must be sorted out with your cellular provider.

There's nothing wrong with your alarm clock volume, though if it's quieter it's because the phone can detect you're looking at your phone when it goes off.

I upgraded from an iPhone 11, and at first the phone was amazing. After using it for 3 months I wish I just stuck with my iPhone 11. The phone tends to freeze from time to time and I don't know what to do. I might just take it back to where I bought it from and see if there is anything they can do.

Same here; traded my beloved iphone 12 pro max for an iphone 15 pro max and its horrible 😫 freezes all the time and i can not download files from my icloud wich i need. Wish i kept my 12 pro max and saved myself 1300,00 +.

that is to much money for such a terrible product Apple!

when I get my iPhone 15 pro max from my pocket it’s not responding just freezing for 30 seconds with black screen 😔

any of you facing this?
