iOS 17 update WiFi calling not working?

Same complaint here. Worked fine until ios 17 update and now its not working with my 14 pro and xfinity wifi. New router. Resetting phone and doing all the mentioned steps may resolve the issue for about 5 minutes. Then wifi calling icon goes away and back to square one.

We are seeing the same wi-fi calling issues, and since we also have very poor cell coverage, it's annoying. Actively researching with Apple support but since the senior specialists only do phone support, I don't think I'll ever hear from them. Note we are on AT&T and Spectrum.

I actually switched from android to Apple to see if it would fix the same problem. my pixel was not allowing me to make Wi-Fi calls or receive them. I now have the iPhone 15 and I’m having the same problem. It makes me think it’s a Verizon problem. Does everybody who is having this issue? Also happen to have Verizon?

I have provided that type of information to Apple on a variety of occasions and it has always led nowhere. I have had scheduled follow up appointments with different techs and about half of them seem to have a family emergency and were unable to keep the appointment or even notify me. This seems to be rampant throughout the Apple culture. There's no requirement to notify your supervisor in the event of an emergency that prevents you from keeping an appointment.

In any even, I would be very interesting if Apple was able to resolve this vexing issue.

I been having the same issue as well and it’s extremely frustrating. I rely on WiFi calls since I work from home and my job needs to contact me especially working in the medical field. I been in contact with T-Mobile and they have tried everything to help update and reboot but it has not worked. So they recommended for me to restart my phone every morning but even doing that it does not work! I thought it was an issue with my new iPhone 15 pro max and was going to go into apple for them to look at it but I decided to see if anyone else was having issues and came across this feed.

Something needs to be done. So many people rely on the WiFi calling and it needs to be a priority thing to be fixed.

Hopefully someone is still watching this thread. I have WiFi calling on my Starlink network and no WiFi calling on local internet. Slightly different routers, but the same settings as best I can tell. I understand location doesn’t matter due to Starlink being satellite. My 2 locations are 1 mile apart and I drive to my Starlink to make calls.

does anyone have a suggestion of router setting to look at so I can compare them?

Same issue after updating to OS 17 can no longer get or make calls. Messaging is no longer working.

I have the same problem. It worked fine on ios16 and it stopped working when I updated to 17.1.1 The phone says turn off airplane mode when it is already off and I am connected to the wifi network.

I’ve had this issue ever since upgrading to iOS 17. I have low reception at home and depend on it. Apple please fix this.
