Iphone 13 pro max lost

My iPhone was lost and in find my iPhone it is telling your device is offline so how can I find my iPhone. And how can I check my iPhone is active or it is destroyed by stolen person?

Please report the theft to local law enforcement. You cannot see if the iPhone is destroyed, you can just see if it is on or offline
