Since the WatchOS 10 update, the sleep mode focus no longer disables the touch screen and turn off the display when covering it with the palm. In the past, used to be able to interact with the watch by long pressing the crown. This is to avoid accidentally turning off the alarm/timers while sleeping. How do I re-enable that crown long press?

Thank you, that put me in the right direction.
So, figured out that I had deleted the Apple Sleep app from the watch, that was the issue. After reinstalling and activating it, the sleep focus works as expected. It now turns off the display and requires pressing the crown to use the touch screen.
The Apple Sleep app is what allows that sleep focus behavior.
I want it “always on” during the daytime, just not while sleeping. There is no longer an option for this.
I updated my Apple Watch and now I usually when I go to bed I push the red button to turn it off so it the phone doesn’t wake me up but I can’t seem to do that now why?

This does not return the sleep mode. I am stuck with a paused well lit ring data that I can’t sleep with.

Mine never shuts off unless I manually put it in theatre mode. Sleep screen is on. Turned it off and back on, no change.
