Operation not permitted when I run shortcut from the menu bar

In the shortcut app there is a command to run a shell script

find /Users/USER/Library/Containers/com.apple.Safari/Data/Library/WebKit/WebsiteData/Default -type d -name "777A8B554CD27B22D27"

The "show in menu bar" checkbox is checked.

When I run a command from an application or from widgets, the command executes without errors, but when I try to run the command from the menu bar, I get an error "Operation not permitted".

If the command is executed from the MenuBar, then how to grant disk rights to the MenuBar?

What's missing to launch from the menu bar?

Disk access rights granted (“Security & Privacy” - “Full Disk Access”) for Terminal.app and Shortcut.app
