Unable to cancel a subscription. When I go to my subscriptions and select the subscription I want to cancel it doesn’t complete my request because it doesn’t ask to confirm. I tried updating my phone and shutting it down. It still won’t allow me to cancel my subscriptions

If you don't see the subscription, you could have signed up directly with Nebula and you'll need to contact them.
I have been trying to cancel a subscription with Nebula , about a week now & I still am getting billed $19. Every few days … I don’t even remember joining this …Please help!!!
