I have a text message link to add college football tickets to My Wallet. However, I got the following message:

I forwarded the link to my husband's iPhone and it worked so I don't know what the problem is on my end.

Hey everybody, I went through all those steps numerous times to no avail. This is not my first rodeo to download tickets into My Wallet through Safari. I don't even think the most intelligent techies could have solved this dilemma for me. After 48 hours, I solved the problem when the ticket site continued to state I must use a mobile device to download the tickets ( while using iPhone 11 Pro Max all along). Long story short, my phone's Safari was acting like a desktop with all my Desktop Favorites downloaded to Safari (so I could refer to them anywhere I wanted). I deleted all the 20+ Favorites and bingo!
