Outlook Email not syncing with iOS 17.0.2

I installed iOS 17.0.2 today on my iPad and my iPhone and now every time I delete or move an email in my outlook app on either device, the other device doesn’t register what I’ve done. For instance, I was on my iPhone and moved an email into a different folder. When i went to my iPad, the email was still in the inbox. I deleted a bunch of emails one by one on my iPad, but when I went to my iPhone all the emails were still there. Before I installed the update, everything worked fine.

I’ve already rebooted both devices and that didn’t help anything. What else should I do?

Thanks in advance!

I had the same problem today. I don’t use Outlook mail much, but I wanted to synchronise Teams with my Apple calendar. I managed to get it to work perfectly on my Mac, but not on my iOS devices. Eventually I reached the nuclear option and deleted and reinstalled Outlook - success! I wish Apple would tell you these things, it was driving me nuts.
