Root Certificates are blocking my WiFi connection and much more

How to delete all connected root certificates that I did not place on my device. I’ve lost business emails and they took over my cash app

iPhone 14 Pro Max, iOS 17

Hello LisaB2324,

If you are seeing unexpected root certificates, they may have been installed by a Mobile Device Management profile. This resource has more details: Intro to certificate management for Apple devices - Apple Support

If needed, you can remove any unexpected device management profiles using the steps from this resource: Install or remove configuration profiles on iPhone - Apple Support

Should you continue to experience those difficulties, do you get a particular error or prompt when attempting to connect to a Wi-Fi network?

Do you access your business email from any other devices? If so, are those particular emails also not appearing on your other devices?
