Mac Studio (M2) cannot detect display at start up until unplug and replug USB-C

This is a straight forward issue, New Mac Studio, with 2 x Relatively new monitor Dell U3219Q 32 inch 4k UltraSharp.

Both monitors connected by USB-C individually, the screen will not display anything at COLD start or RESTART, but works if it is wake from Sleep.

TO solve it, I Had to unplug it and replug it in for both monitors, then it works like normal. I have been doing so since I got the Mac Studio M2 is disappointing considering the price of this machine.

I dont think there is anything wrong with the Montior, as it works with Ps5 and other things plugged in too, and obvious works fine with previous iMac as an external monitor.

It seems noone at APPLE can help me to get to the bottom of this.

My problem is slightly different. I have no issue bringing it back from sleep. Problem occurs ONLY when I START the computer, or RESTART MACOS. It seems No apple tech can help . It's very disappointing.
