Outgoing email 'offline' and won't send. Incoming emails all fine
Suddenly the outgoing emails from my MacBook Pro won't send due to SMTP being 'offline'. Nothing I have tried has solved this. Emails arrive. From my iPhone I can send replies. My laptop is m y main office/business tool. I cannot find any simple to follow instructions on how to resolve this. I can see from previous threads that this problem is. created by Apple auto update to my MacBook but not how to sort it out
