What happened to the find my iPhone option on the watch after the 17. update?

Because it is now MORE useful. You can press the flat oval side button no matter what is being displayed on your screen and get to Control Center.

You no longer need to get back to a watch face to access the Control Center.

This update ticks my wife and I off. The quick drag up to "find my phone is gone". Doing it with the side button is not an upgrade. Apple is not usually this dumb.
