Itunes will still not deauthorize Old laptop that died. It still shows up as authorized later after "de-authorizing" it!

I tried to deauthorize old computers, In iTunes and got this message:


So I went to System preferences and got this:



and this:



I even tried to De-authorize all:



Tried to sign into View and remove your devices that are associated with Apple ID purchases - Apple Support

But it said I tried to sign in too many times and to come back later... 3 hrs later same message... next day... (Sunday) same thing... and lastly today, Same Dagnab message.... What am I supposed to do?

If the computer is dead you cannot deauthorize it directly. Using "Deauthorize All" was the right thing to do, but it is only allowed once a year. Since you need it again within the year, contact Apple Support:
