Dell USB-C Dual Charge Dock HD22Q with MacBook Air M2 (External display issue)

I recently acquired a Dell USB-C Dual Charge Dock HD22Q. It functions smoothly with my MacBook Pro, providing both charging and external monitor capabilities. Additionally, it works seamlessly with my Windows Lenovo running Windows 10. However, I'm experiencing difficulty connecting my personal MacBook Air M2 to the external display. Interestingly, it does charge, and my Bluetooth keyboard and mouse function properly. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions on how to resolve this issue.

Two things to try. First update the firmware. You'll need windows PC to do this. Once that is done I've had success with getting video to work. Sometimes I'll have to plug another USBC device in (ironically my iPhone, and iPad work every time) then plug my computer in for video to work. I've yet to get any of the USBA or USBC ports to work however
