No tone

Since I did apples last update I no longer have text or facebook messenger tone when I get messages! My ringer is on, I have checked all the settings and they are on. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If we understand correctly, you are unable to get notifications for some apps on your iPhone. Since you have already checked notification settings, please contact Apple directly for further investigation:
