iOS Mail app broken after iOS 17 update

The Apple iOS Mail app lost “all its smarts” in both my iPad Air 3 256Gb model and my stock iPhone SE 2. It’s like the mail app is no longer connected to the hardware Neural Engine and is now just a dumb app that requires me to do everything manually. Before iPadOS 17 and iOS 17, whenever I Moved an email, the Mail app would suggest a folder to move the email into. Besides that, the Mail app had other smarts that are now completely gone. The worst part is, it’s not even re-learning, so that tells me it is NOT using the Neural engine.

Does anyone know of a Setting change or some way to fix this? Or, are we all waiting for a fix from Apple? To Apple, I really appreciate your use of the Neural engine. Please restore the “smarts” to the Apple iOS Mail app.
