Hi, I recently have reseted my phone and unfortunately I forgot to save my sound recordings those were very important to me. I tried to restore files from iCloud but they are not stored there. Is there any way to recover files

You can also attempt to restore your iPhone from any pre-existing backups, to see if that reinstates your data. Keep in mind that process will erase your iPhone, and return it to the state from when the backup was made. So you'll want to make sure that any data that may have been added to your iPhone since it was reset is also backed up.
