As you are running a beta version of iPadOS you should have full expectation of encountering issues and bugs - as detailed in the associated release notes.

Same here. The Files App just hangs when I want to save a PDF. Sometimes other files and folders aren’t shown at all and I cannot navigate directories, the save button even doesn’t appear. When the Files App does show files and folders and the save button, pressing ‘save’ results in an infinite waiting loop. It’s renders my iPad completely useless as a productivity device.

If you couldn’t even create a APP properly why u r launching it,

pdf crashing issues are there for long time, yet unresolved, iam noticing it for more than a year.

Both Apple and Ipad Pro not worth a penny 🤦🏻‍♂️

Even for basic things it is crashing, You guys are advertising some powerfull horse(M2, M3) is inside the machine but only its **** is comming out, not performance.🤯

I lost all the pdf files that I had my notes on them after the 17.5.1 update. I lost 56 files. I bought this ipad just to use its apple pencil and after the update I can not reach any of the notes or files. I will never buy Apple again, this is unacceptable to me.

What is wrong with FILES!!! I’ve paid thousands of dollars to make the new IPad Air my main working machine. And i cant open files like pdf from the one drive inside Files. Other file management apps can. What is wrong !

Same here, today. iPad as well as iPhone; also trying to get a photo from iPad or iPhone into PHOTOs freezes the mail app completely.

I don´t run a beta, and I use 17.4.1. So....

IPad Pro 11, on IOS 17.4.1, has the same problem over here. I am not happy that they did apparently not solve it in IOS 17.5

Strange enough I only have the problem with my iPad Pro 11”, I do also have a standard iPhone 13 Pro, which does not have this problem.

Exactly the same happened. Apple support is just a waste of time.
