AirPods Pro Gen2 say ACCESSORY_MODEL_NAME_36

I bought some AirPods just a few days ago and they say ACCESSORY_MODEL_NAME_36 and I don’t know why. I can’t seem to connect it to find my and it doesn’t properly show up for head phones too

Hey! I bought new airpods pro 2 usbc and have this probem because im using Iphone X... They sound great but do you think that would be better to return them? What things im losing because using this device? thanks

Try resetting your AirPods using the steps in the article below:


After resetting them, try pairing them again. If the name remains the same, it is plausible thats the name that was selected for them by a previous vender or owner etc, if that's the case , you can simply rename them.
